Bio

Mirjam completed the Viticulture and Enology MS program in 2025. Previosuly, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Viticulture and Enology at the University of Geisenheim, Germany in 2022. Her research focused on bioacidification using novel yeast strains, both Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces. Mirjam is now back in Germany continuing to perform research in the wine industry.
