Theresa Wechsler

Theresa joined the lab in 2020 as a BMCDB graduate student. She is interested in better understanding post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression and the role it plays in disease. With her project she hopes to learn more about what drives nuclear mRNA export and how mechanisms of export change in response to stress.
