Ryuta Asada

Ryuta joined the lab in 2018 as a postdoc after obtaining his Ph. D in 2018 from the Tokyo Metropolitan University in Japan. Ryuta’s previous work focusing on the function of chromatin structure and long non-coding RNAs in transcription regulation. He is generally interested in how gene expression is regulated and is now focused on trying to understand regulatory mechanisms following transcription at the level of nuclear RNA export.
